Restaurant Manager needed! We have a vacancy for a central 180 seater Stellenbosch restaurant. You will need to manage, oversee, train, and motivate a team of 9 waiters per shift including 1 Barman & a Wine Waiter as well as 6-9 additional casual waiters when needed. Your own transport is essential for closing and opening upshifts, collection of supplies when needed (including generator Diesel during load-shedding) and ad hoc runs by the managing owner. Point of Sale proficiency on GAAP and the ability to manage financial controls, stock controls, beverage controls, and wastage controls are essential.
The salary for this position is relative to your restaurant management experience.
Candidates with relevant experience will be more likely considered for the position.
